Charlottetown Real Estate
The City of Charlottetown (pop. 32,000) was originally incorportated in
1855. The present city was incorporated in 1995 following the amalgamation
with Hillsborough Park, East Royalty, West Royalty, Winsloe, Sherwood,
and Parkdale. Charlottetown is the capital and largest city in PEI. It
is located centrally on the south shore of PEI, bordered by the Hillsborough
River, the North River, and the Charlottetown Harbour.
